Returns & Refunds

All Mud & Maple products are made to order, crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any orders once production has begun.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at admin@mudandmaple.co so we can put it right. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before production has started, get in touch as soon as possible at admin@mudandmaple.co Once your item is in production, we're unable to accept cancellations.
